At North Swindon Practice we have a diverse team dedicated to caring for you.

You can request an appointment with a Nurse, book a blood test, arrange an LTC review or joint injections by:

calling us on 01793 705783

or by submitting an admin request through our online Rapid Health portal using the ‘Ask a question’ option.

We understand it can be difficult to see us during the week. Some appointments are available through our Saturday Hub. Simply mention “Saturday” when speaking with us or type it into your online request and we will check the current availability.

Non-GP appointments can be booked by calling the surgery on 01793 705783. 

How to request a NON-GP appointment

To request a NON-GP appointment for the following:

  • You have been asked to book a blood test (phlebotomy)
  • A Long Term Condition (LTC) review

Nurse appointments, such as:

  • Asthma review
  • Cervical screen (smear test)
  • Wound dressing or care
  • Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) review

You can still call us directly 01793 705783 or submit an admin request via our online Rapid Health portal -'Ask a question'.

Joint injections

To book a joint injection please call us 01793 705783. 

One of our care navigation team will then assist you with your appointment booking for a joint injection. We kindly ask you do not use our online request form via Rapid Health for joint injections at this time. This is to ensure you are booked in with the appropriate clinician for your joint needs. 

Admin requests

Our Rapid Health System also allows our patients submit requests related to admin needs. This may include: 

  • Updating your details 
  • A query regarding your medication 
  • Submission of a request for private GP work such as a letter.
