How to book an appointment

We run all our surgeries by an appointment-only system. Appointments can be booked by telephoning the surgery, visiting the surgery in person or online through the Livi app.

We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.

Our appointments are booked 1 week in advance.

Home Ground Surgery appointments

Telephone 01793 705783 during our opening hours Monday – Friday or call in at the Surgery.

Our telephone lines will be closed every day 1:00 – 2:00 pm except Wednesdays when they will be closed 12:00 – 2:00 pm

Types of appointments

At North Swindon Practice, we offer different appointments to help you get the care you need as soon as possible.

Routine appointments

Appointments are booked 1 week ahead. Please call the main surgery line to book an appointment 01793 705783.

Urgent appointments

If your appointment is urgent, we will arrange for a GP to contact you on the same day.

You can also call NHS 111 for general medical advice.

Out of hours

For urgent on the day medical help outside of our normal working hours please call NHS 111. For any life-threatening conditions please dial 999 and ask for an ambulance
