Test Results

The fastest way to view your medical record including test results and other services is through the NHS App.

With the NHS App you can: 

  • Order medication

  • Request GP appointments through Rapid Health

  • Check your test results

  • Update your medical records

All of this can be done on your mobile phone via the app or through the web browser on your computer or laptop.

Other ways to get test results

Rapid Health - Request your test results through Rapid Health. Simply click the link below, complete the Rapid Health Admin Request and navigate to Test Results to send in your request.

Request test results with Rapid Health

Telephone - Please call after 11:00 to enquire about your test results as our Care Navigation team will have more time to deal with your request.

Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.

It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.

How long does it take to get my test results?

When you attend a test of any kind, you will be told how long you should expect to wait for the results. Blood test results usually take five working days to get back and be reviewed.

If there are no problems with the results, then you will not be contacted.

Samples

Please return the requested sample weekdays BEFORE:

14:00 - Home Ground Surgery (main site)

                       OR

16:00 - Crossroads Surgery (branch)

NOTE: Both sites are CLOSED on WEDNESDAY between 12:00-13:30.

We will be unable to accept the sample after the times listed above and you will be given a new bottle to return with the following day.
