A rise in patients seeking help for flu like symptoms is adding pressure to our NHS services

The ICB has reported an increase in the number of patients seeking advice and treatment for common illness which can be effectively managed with self care. The NHS website can provide advice and information on how to practice effective self care to treat these illnesses.
